Flies and Vermin Swarm when Libs Speak

Scott Brown Wins US Senate Seat in Massachusetts

Scott Brown is the Republican Senator-elect from Massachusetts. On January 19, 2010, he defeated Democrat Martha Coakley with a 52% to 47% victory.

Barack Obama personally campaigned for the Democratic gubernatorial nominee in New Jersey and Virginia; the people rejected the uber-liberal agenda and both states went red; the folks followed suit in MA. Scott Brown took back the Peoples' Seat!

President Barack Obama ran to Massachusetts to campaign for Martha Coakley in a desperate effort to secure votes for the US Senate seat once occupied by Ted Kennedy. Obama's evangelical dialect on that campaign trail did not find enough choir members and Martha Coakley delivered her concession speech in light of a Scott Brown Victory.

Scott Brown said his campaign began with him, his truck, and a very few amount of dedicated volunteers; however, it ended with Air Force One making an emergency run to Logan. The crowd erupted in cheers.

When Scott Brown stepped up to the podium to deliver his Victory speech he was greeted with chants of "Gas up the truck, Gas up the truck!" That was in response to Obama's derisive comments regarding Brown campaigning around town in his GMC truck.

Brown acknowledged his honor of winning, but reminded us that the Senate seat does not belong to one person, not one political Party and he said it before and he said it again, "This is the Peoples Seat." Scott Brown stated he hopes Washington is paying attention because the independent voice in Massachusetts has spoken. Can you hear me now?

He recounted the times during the campaign trail when he shook hands with Americans. Party affiliation was not cared about it was simply a shared conviction that brought us all together. Brown continued saying one thing was very, very clear as he traveled throughout the state; the people did not want the trillion-dollar health care plan that is being forced upon the American people.

Scott Brown had the courage to acknowledge that the health care bill is not being debated openly or fairly, it is not in the interest of the state or the country and that we can do better. That bold claim was met with chants of, "Yes We Can, Yes We Can!"

Scott Brown also reminded us that the special election was held because we lost someone very dear to Massachusetts and to America. Ted Kennedy was a tireless worker and a big-hearted public servant and most of his lifetime he was a force like no other in the MA.

Scott Brown continued to exude class when the first call he made was to Vicki Kennedy and reminded her that her husband's name will always command the affection and respect from the people of Massachusetts and that she is thought of in the same manner.

The 60 Plus Association has an online petition demanding that Senator Brown is seated. The Association is alerting us that some Washington politicians are threatening to play political games to keep Senator Brown from voting on the health care bill. When the people speak, their voice should not be ignored.

Senator Ted Kennedy was seated one day after his special election on November 6, 1962. Senator Brown should be seated immediately. Now is not the time for politicians to play games and cut back room deals. Listen to the voters of Massachusetts and Seat Senator Brown.

Brown will become the 41st Republican in the 100-member Senate, which could allow the GOP to block the president's health care legislation and the rest of Obama's agenda. Democrats needed Coakley to win for a 60th vote to thwart Republican filibusters.

WH Anita Dunn's Love of Mao Exposed by Glenn Beck

In a revolting appearance in front of high school students, White House communications director Anita Dunn championed Chairman Mao. As Glenn Beck reminded us, this brutal Chinese revolutionary is responsible for causing the deaths of approximately 70-million people, during peacetime. This Communist leader is responsible for more deaths than Adolf Hitler was.

Barack Obama's communication director, Anita Dunn, wants to silence FNC and champions the will of Chairman Mao. Interestingly, Dunn's husband is Robert Bauer. Bauer is Barack Obama's personal attorney and pressured DOJ to silence and/or prosecute an individual group for creating a Bill Ayers ad during the presidential campaign.

This is the same Robert Bauer that threatened, on behalf of the president, to go after a military veteran for formally inquiring if Obama is constitutionally sound to serve as commander in chief.

The video featuring Bill Ayers has been scrubbed from You Tube. Michelle Malkin has done a fantastic job in exposing Bauer's involvement in the attempt to silence the producers of the Ayers ad, more on that here. Additionally, you can view the letter sent to the veteran here.

What hasn't been scrubbed (yet) is the video of Anita Dunn in her own words boldly stating that Mao is one of her favorite philosophers. The other one? Mother Teresa.

Say what you will about Glenn Beck, but kudos to him and his Patriotism for keeping up the good fight and exposing the radicals. Now, the White House quietly claimed Anita Dunn was joking about her Mao love.

Joking? Folks, the joke is on us. Obama, the radical-in-chief, has deployed his appointees against the American people to silence the opposition, threaten those with questions, and champion murderous communists to our youth.

Sounds like Mao lovers to me.

Adviser to Carter and Obama Wants the US to Shoot Down Israeli Jets

Zbigniew Brzezinski, the national security adviser (NSA) for former President Jimmy Carter and top foreign policy adviser during the presidential campaign for Senator Obama, calls for the current administration to shoot down Israeli jets in defense of Iran.

Brzezinski sat down for an interview with Gerald Posner of the Daily Beast. The conversation eventually got around to the possibility of a preemptive strike on Iran by Israel.

In light of Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's consistent and persistent calls of "Death to Israel" and the revelation that Iran has a secret nuclear facility (which wasn’t so secret) the interview questions are valid.

Keeping in mind that an Israeli attack on Iran would require Israeli jets to fly over coalition airspace in Iraq, read the following excerpt of the interview:

DB: How aggressive can Obama be in insisting to the Israelis that a military strike might be in America’s worst interest?

Brzezinski: We are not exactly impotent little babies. They have to fly over our airspace in Iraq. Are we just going to sit there and watch?

DB: What if they fly over anyway?

Brzezinski: Well, we have to be serious about denying them that right. That means a denial where you aren’t just saying it. If they fly over, you go up and confront them. They have the choice of turning back or not. No one wishes for this but it could be a Liberty in reverse.

The Liberty was a U.S. ship in international waters in the Middle East during the Six-Day War in 1967 that was hit by Israeli gunfire. The incident remains a controversial one and the US and Israel both maintain it was a tragic accident.

For Brzezinski to advise the US to confront Israel in a manner that would prompt the shooting upon an ally is highly irresponsible to say the least, but may provide a glimpse into the dark heart of Carter's former NSA.

Brzezinski advised Carter on confrontations in Iran, Afghanistan and the Middle East. How did that work out for us? Brzezinski's current advice to shoot down Israeli jets will not be followed; it will only serve as additional evidence of his disdain for Israel. There, however, remains a more important question.

We are rich in history and as such, we have the benefit of hindsight. History is usually interesting but always relevant. So, why on this spontaneously combusted green earth would Barack Obama seek the advice of Zbigniew Brzezinski? That is the bigger question.

It should be clear by now that Barack Obama has a penchant for the fringe and radical element of society, which includes domestic terrorists and anti-Zionists. Unfortunately, the ugliness of that truth prompts Americans to do the ostrich. Burying ones head in the sand is not a luxury watchdogs and/or patriots can afford.

It can no longer be considered a coincidence that our 44th president has ties with anti-Americans and other radicals. It can no longer be considered a coincidence that Obama's staff or lapse in judgment prompted the recruitment of those that run counter to American ideals.

Shamefully, there are many currently serving in Obama's administration that should never be a whispers distance to our president. One: for safety reasons and Two: heaven forbid these people were in a position to advise our commander in chief; sadly, they are.

This article may serve to highlight the reckless desires of Zbigniew Brzezinski, but more importantly it highlights the judgment of our current president.

You can listen to Obama's description of Zbigniew Brzezinski here, take away quote from that video is, "I've learned an immense amount from Dr. Brzezinski."

I have learned an awful amount from Dr. Brzezinski as well. Enough to know I wouldn't ask him directions to the grocery store, forget about advice on foreign policy matters.

Look for this administration to distance themselves from Brzezinski, if not outright throw him under the bus. In closing, I will leave you with this question: Isn't that bus (or at least under it) getting pretty crowded?

Nancy Pelosi's Emotional Hypocrisy

Is there ugly rhetoric in the current debate surrounding healthcare? You betcha! And it should not be condoned. I believe it is immature to justify bad behavior by pointing to other bad behavior. This content is not going to do that, what it will do is illustrate the hypocrisy of the left, namely Nancy Pelosi.

Madam Speaker had this to say, "I think we have to take responsibility for our action and words." You can view the emotional address here. Pelosi continued by referring to the "late '70s in San Francisco. This kind of rhetoric was very frightening...it created a climate in which violence took place." A reference to the murders of Harvey Milk, a gay rights activist.

Her statement in of itself is a sound one. Savvy onlookers, however, know what is under that plastic mask. Pelosi's cautionary tale along with recent cries of racism is the new bat wielded by the left. It serves to scare the opposition into silence. Listen people, opposing the POTUS is not a hate crime.

In all fairness, fancy Nancy did not call out any Republicans during her emotional performance. Later that same day the House Speaker did send out a fundraising letter, in which she could no longer contain herself.

In her letter, Pelosi accuses the opponents of "health-insurance reform" (note the name change) of cynical name calling and waging "false attacks on President Obama."

"I think we have to take responsibility for our actions and words." Oh, really Madam Speaker? Are you and yours ready to take responsibility of and for the following:

Uttered during the summer of '09 about the American people opposing Obama's plan(s):

1. "Un-American"-Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)
2. "Evil-mongers"-Harry Reid (D-NV)
3. "Racist"- Jimmy Carter (D- former POTUS)
4. "Angry mob of extremists"- Democratic National Committee (DNC)
5. "Birthers and tea baggers"- Dick Durbin (D-IL)
6. "Very rabid people"- Steny Hoyer (D-MD)
7. "Political terrorists"- Baron Hill (D-IN)
8. "Ku Klux Klan"- John Dingell (D-MI)
9. "Brown Shirts [Nazis]"- Brian Baird (D-WA)
10. "Brain dead [lodged against opposing Democrats]"- Pete Stark (D-CA)

For the sake of brevity, I'll stop this list consisting of, uh, to borrow Pelosi's words, "Rhetoric that is frightening." What is egregious about this list of ten insults are that it is uttered by our elected officials and hurled at the American people.

Any forthcoming apology from Pelosi and her team's glaring lack of decorum? Didn't think so.

In conclusion, it is only fitting to close with Nancy's own words; yeah I know I said I'll stop at ten. Sue me, or rather call out, "You Lie."

Faux hooker and pimp, Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe, exposed ACORN again. The dirty deed this time occurred in the city that never sleeps; Brooklyn, NY.



I have worked the mean streets of NYC for over 20-years, including a stint in vice (it wasn't called vice then, it was known as the public morals division). My travels have taken me to that seedy side of Nevins Street where ACORN (house of ill repute?) sits. Let me tell ya, prostitutes of Giles quality does not exist.

The illustrious former governor of NY, Elliot Spitzer, paid over five grand for time spent with a comely "escort" that was not of Giles caliber. It is obvious that pure greed is the root of the ACORN tree. Greed and political expediency to that end trumps even their own street savvy.

Is your ideology trumping your good sense? Is the close affiliation to Barack Obama preventing you from seeing why this community organization should not be the recipient of public funds? When is enough, enough?

James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles are emerging as American heroes. They are doing what the "true" investigative journalists are not. They are exposing a corrupt organization that is ripping us off to the tune of millions and potentially billions of dollars.

The MSM does not have the stomach to go after Barack Obama's pet organization, which is another example of ideology trumping ethical standards. If this were a GOP front, the MSM would be all over this; like spit(zer) on a hooker's pillowcase.

ACORN like Van Jones, is it me or does Barack Obama have some cool friends, played the victim role and blamed FOX, Republicans and racism. After the Baltimore sting netted a pair of ACORNs, a top official of that outfit stated they have plans to sue O'Keefe, Giles, and the FOX network. Why FOX? Because they had the audacity to report this mess.

Baltimore City's top prosecutor even issued a threatening statement boasting of possible charges against O'Keefe and Giles. The prosecutor, Patricia Jessamy, is a Barack Obama supporter, surprise, surprise.

In the Brooklyn nuthouse, ACORN officials advised the two criminals appearing before them to squirrel away their ill-gotten proceeds. "When you buy the house with a back yard, you get a tin and bury it down in there, and you put the money right in, and you put grass over it, and you don't tell a single soul but yourself where it is"

The streetwalker and her man posing undercover, that is undercover, not under the covers people, entered the Brooklyn office with the idea of purchasing a house to operate a brothel. The brothel will house underage children to work as prostitutes. ACORN was more than willing to help establish this criminal enterprise.

What is particularly troubling is that ACORN and its friends, i.e. the POTUS and Patricia Jessamy who happens to be president of the Baltimore Child Abuse Center, claim to be for the youth, the community, and the downtrodden. Those groups are hurt the most by this corruption and complicity by the "powers that be." Where is the outrage, folks?

Democratic Representative John Conyers was called off investigating ACORN. Conyers claims, "The powers that be called [him] off." Even Barney Frank reversed his stance to deny ACORN public funds.

Perhaps, the ACORN nuts exposed by O’Keefe and Giles does not bother Barney Frank. After all, the Washington Times reported that Frank’s Capitol Hill apartment was operating a real life prostitution ring, where his gay lover was performing...let’s just say a public service.

Did I ask yet, where is the outrage?

Van Jones Resigned, Other Obama Czars Must Go

Preface: The following is not a complete list; for the sake of brevity it includes only four of the president’s appointments. Timothy Geithner is not on the list, but his resignation should have been tendered before Van Jones.

The POTUS appointed Geithner as our Treasury Chief, how’s that been working out for us? Another quick reminder, Geithner was the CEO of the New York Federal Reserve and presided over some of the largest economic failures prior to being selected as our Treasury Chief. Folks, this was in addition to Geithner not paying his taxes for 5-years, more on the Treasury Czar here.

Van Jones was not alone folks and I urge you to turn the pages for yourselves. Gather your own stubborn facts on other Barack Obama appointments such as:

Mark Lloyd, FCC Diversity Czar

Lloyd is a Saul Alinsky disciple, as is Barack Obama. The FCC Diversity Czar is also a Hugo Chavez fan and describes his successful revolution in respectful if not glowing terms. Mark Lloyd's use of the term "democratic" appears to be interchangeable with the term "communist."

Who makes the determination that your writing or comments are false, will it be left wing or right wing groups? Cass Sunstein has already indicated he doesn't like so-called “false rumors” about his longtime University of Chicago friend and colleague, Barack Obama.

Will Obama have the power via Sunstein to silence such bothersome claims as "Obama Pals around with terrorists"?

This may not rub you the wrong way Obama supporters, but remember the days when you enjoyed the freedom to bash Bush.

On August 15, 2009, Valerie Jarrett attended a Daily Kos Net Roots conference and showed love for Van Jones:

Remember part 1, it was reported that Obama’s Green Jobs Czar rallied for cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, in Oakland. What a way to get a job at the White House, albeit temporary.

Certainly, by mid-August Van Jones was exposed to the public. Two obvious positions exist, either Barack Obama endorsed the anti-American sentiment or Barack Obama is incompetent as a leader, either one is perilous.

Valerie Jarrett was the chief executive of Habitat Co., which managed Grove Parc Plaza a housing complex in Chicago that was seized by the federal government in 2006 for deplorable conditions. Tenants lost their homes; surrounding neighborhoods were blighted.

Grove Parc and several other prominent failures were developed and managed by Obama's close friends and political supporters, including Jarrett and Rezko. Follow the money folks, more here and here.

I often claim the media is corrupt; their silence on these matters bolsters that claim. The media, regardless of my disdain, is a very powerful institution in part due to the influence it has over politicians. Exposure forced Van Jones to resign.

Ride the momentum and continue to ply the pressure, it will not happen unless you get involved. Call the White House and demand the removal of the above-mentioned Czars and officials.

Why aren't the major news outlets and scores of Representatives on both sides of the aisle reporting and/or calling for the resignation of Anthony "Van" Jones?

The troubling details that have emerged calls into question not only the Marxist ideals of the Green Jobs Czar, but more importantly, it continues to expose Barack Obama's penchant for radical and anti-American affiliations.

You may have not grasped the gravity of or cared about Obama's 20+ year affiliation with Jeremiah Wright, or his association with William Ayers, Tony Rezko and others, but Barack Obama is no longer the candidate he is the president. We cannot afford the luxury of burying our head in the sand, no matter how blissful.

Van Jones was appointed by Barack Obama in March 2009, as the Special Adviser for Green Jobs, also known as the Green Jobs Czar. This was with the blessings of his Senior Adviser and close friend, Valerie Jarrett.

White House Secretary Robert Gibbs was asked about the fate of Van Jones and simply replied, "He continues to work for this administration."

What on Van Jones' résumé could have attracted Barack Obama? Let's examine a few nuggets:

• Member of the board of Apollo Alliance, one of the founders is also a close Obama associate, Jesse Jackson Jr. The NY affiliate is headed by domestic terrorist, Jeff Jones. Jeff Jones founded the Weathermen with Bill Ayers.

• Founder and leader of the communist revolutionary organization Standing Together to Organize a Revolutionary Movement (STORM).

• Co-founded Ella Baker Human Rights Center. His adviser was Elizabeth Martinez, a Maoist and board member of Movement for a Democratic Society, alongside terrorists Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorhn.

• Advocated for a nationwide "resistance" against police, accusing them of using the 9/11 attacks to carry out policies of torture.

• Founded the Bay Area Cop Watch. More on organized anti-police activities here.

• Supporter of Black Panther Mumia Abu-Jamal, a convicted cop killer. Obama's Green Jobs Czar even disrupted a special youth conference in Oakland, CA to rally for Mumia.

"I met all these young radical people of color, I mean really radical: communists and anarchists. And I was, like, this is what I need to be a part of. I spent the next 10-years of my life working with a lot of those people I met in jail, trying to be a revolutionary" -Anthony "Van" Jones, special adviser to the president of the United States.

The president's special adviser also joined ranks with "9/11 Truthers" alleging that the Bush administration was complicit in the terrorist attacks.

Shouldn't they be giving Bush a fist bump over such a maneuver? I am surprised the terrorist embracing radicals would complain about such a conspiracy, oh right I get it...they have the copyright on anti-American crimes.

Not convinced the Green Jobs Czar embraces Marxism? Van Jones reportedly named his son after Marxist revolutionary Amilcar Cabral.

The Obama administration is top-heavy with radicals, more on that in a follow-up article. In the meant time call the White House and demand the removal of one, Anthony Van Jones.

His decades of service was not to our benefit, he merely enjoyed the protection as a member of "Camelot." Even describing Ted Kennedy's private response to his crimes at Chappaquiddick is done so with adoration, in a word.... disgusting.

Barney Frank Challenged at Town Hall Meeting by LaRouche Democrat

Most of us are aware of the controversy surrounding the recent town hall meetings where various representatives show up to discuss healthcare reform. The Democrats did not anticipate the passionate rejection of Obamacare. The American people were not buying.

President Obama, a great campaigner and orator as long as the teleprompter is working, appeared before us and could not quite sell it either. Barack Obama the campaigner just met Barack Obama the President.

What did our illustrious leaders do? They started a smear campaign against the American people. Nancy Pelosi and her minions began to claim that the grassroots effort of the people were instead Astroturf; a cool way of saying the backlash is contrived.


Barney Frank appeared courageous if not justified by telling a woman at a recent Massachusetts town hall meeting, “Trying to have a conversation with you would be like trying to argue with a dining room table.” This was in response to the woman asking Frank, "Why do you continue to support a Nazi policy?"

The Nazi policy was a reference to Obamacare. The woman was also holding an image of Obama wearing a Hitler moustache.

They (Obama, Pelosi, Barney Frank, MSNBC, et al) want to mislead us into believing our neighbors and our senior citizens are not concerned. They float out the notion that we are being fed myths and lies by FOX and Tea Party organizers. They want the nation to believe that it is angry hordes of conservatives showing up at town hall meetings with Hitlerized posters of Obama.

What they are not telling you is:

Folks, don't listen to me. For the sake of this union, turn the pages yourselves. Regardless, if you agree with that LaRouche woman or not, the point is the MSM is corrupt and complicit. The media has a vested interest in the success of their American Idol.

AARP Pulls the Plug on Obamacare

... or does it?

AARP has clearly expressed the need for healthcare reform. Many Americans agree that there is room for improvement in our current healthcare system. Many of us are either directly affected or know someone that is affected by inadequate insurance.

Health is directly related to happiness, life and death. The prospect of not receiving adequate healthcare is a scary notion and to some a reality. Politicians thrive on such fears and exploit the same.

Our healthcare should not be determined by political ideology. A wise man once told me the difference between the way things are and the way they should be would drive a sensitive person crazy.

AARP's position appears to be dubious if not duplicitous; one thing for sure is it's confusing as is the president's 1,017-page manifesto. AARP, formerly known as the American Association of Retired Persons, is currently a large player in the insurance industry.

In 2008, AARP was added to the Medicare Advantage plan, which is privately run insurance subsidized by the government. The government reimburses Medicare Advantage at a higher rate, an average of 12 percent, than it does Medicare's traditional fee-for-service program. [1]

In July, AARP organized a town hall meeting in order for the president to pitch his plan from a friendly platform. AARP does not have a PAC and can posit itself as non-partisan. However, Barry Rand the CEO of AARP donated $8,900 to Obama and even more to the Democrats. [2]

If anyone is half paying attention it is obvious that AARP is a left oriented organization and as a major player in the insurance game stands to make some serious coin with an Obama health plan.

Barack Obama was confident he had AARP's support. So confident that during an August 11, New Hampshire town hall meeting he strolled out and boldly proclaimed, "we have the AARP onboard because they know this is a good deal for our seniors. AARP would not be endorsing a bill if it was undermining Medicare."

AARP immediately responded by stating, "indications that we have endorsed any of the major health care reform bills currently under consideration in Congress are inaccurate." To claim that your ally is “inaccurate” about your alliance is strong language to say the least and indicates a clear dysfunction of the plan.

So what happened? We happened folks and despite the disparaging remarks by Pelosi and her clowns, the American people appropriately responded to Obamacare.

Dissension is the hallmark of Freedom, not just when liberals dissent, but when every American has a right to express their voice. The people are rejecting Obamacare, which should not be confused with adequate healthcare.

Customers ripped up their membership cards in response to AARP's perceived endorsement of Obamacare. The customers’ response resounded effectively and as a result, AARP pulled the plug on its support of Obama's plan. Money talks...you know the rest.

The power of competition and choice is displayed in a recent CBS report. Since July, 60,000 AARP members cancelled their membership and many defected to the American Seniors Association.

AARP is also scrambling for damage control, damage caused by their out of touch representatives at a Texas town hall meeting. AARP turned their back on the folks, pulled the plug on the microphone and left the building.

Barack Obama is in a wonderful position to rescue healthcare and emerge as a hero, all he has to do is start listening to the folks. Healthcare is an important issue that past administrations did not adequately address. The Obama administration can truly change America, for the better.

Cash for Clunkers Drives Head On Into Freedom

Remember that cool new government program that promised 3,500 - 4,500 bucks for your old gas-guzzler to be used for the purchase or lease of a new vehicle? That program, Cash for Clunkers, sank quicker than...well... an Oldsmobile in the Chappaquiddick.



On the surface, this seems like a pretty good idea. An incentive to buy, stimulate the economy, and even help the environment by getting rid of old clunkers for more fuel-efficient cars. You better get Maaco baby, because the rusty truth is showing up big time.

Let's take a look at this government-induced boondoggle.

There had been a $1 billion budget for rebates for new car sales in the program. It went bankrupt after the first week. In addition to a failed government plan, the flawed economics is simply this, we are subsidizing taxpayers with taxpayer money. That is not going to help our (USA's) net worth.

OK, so what, it's our money, why should the fat cats benefit and not us? The simplicity and emotions behind that is what drove so many folks to the car dealer. I am not saying you should have stayed home. But don't candy-apple coat it folks, you are going down to get a piece of a new welfare program paid for by the taxpayer.

Additionally, there is something fundamentally wrong with destroying vehicles that are still viable while increasing more debt. This will not earn us any A-pluses in economics-101. Whatever, get while the getting is good.

As per the government, "the program requires the scrapping of your eligible trade-in vehicle, and that the dealer disclose to you an estimate of the scrap value of your trade-in."- cars.gov

The Wall Street Journal summed it up this way, "By this logic, everyone should burn the sofa and dining room set and refurnish the homestead every couple of years."

This program very well may be a shot in the arm, almost like a hit on the ol' turbo boost, it will get you there fast, but in the long run it will cost you more money and make you run out of gas quicker; yeah I know, but the ride was fun.

Secondly, the bankruptcy of this program should sound off like an old-fashioned Mac truck air horn. How on God's green earth, pardon me, let me re-phrase that for my more PC readers; how on this spontaneously combusted green earth can you expect this government to run health care or crap & trade, when they can't even manage to run Cash for Clunkers?

Lastly, certainly not least, in fact the most important aspect of this failed policy is how the government is driving this program head on into Freedom. This Cash for Clunkers program has a dangerous stipulation when you or the car dealer logs onto the government's web site.

That stipulation was publicized by Glenn Beck and below is the video explaining it. I implore you to check it out and afterward reflect on all those complaints about the Patriot Act.

The feds tell us, "Consumers should expect that all information collected through the CARS Program will be kept confidential. Social Security numbers are not required for a CARS transaction." - cars.gov. BUT, what they are not telling you is this:

"This application provides to the DoT CARS system. When logged on to the CARS system, YOUR COMPUTER is considered a FEDERAL COMPUTER SYSTEM AND IT IS PROPERTY OF THE United States Government, any and all uses of this system and ALL FILES on this system may be INTERCEPTED, MONITORED, RECORDED, COPIED, AUDITED, INSPECTED, and DISCLOSED to authorized CARS, DoT and law enforcement personnel, as well as authorized officials of other agencies, BOTH DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN." (Emphasis my own)

The House just approved $2B more for Cash for Clunkers. Oh, I forgot it is the program formerly known as Cash for Clunkers. Yes, the Obamacracy as with many pop icons changed its name; it is now officially dubbed the Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS).

Mojave Desert Cross, Don't Tear Me Down!

In 1934, the VFW erected a wooden cross in the Mojave Desert as a memorial to their fallen brethren. The wooden cross was later converted to white painted metal and stands 8-feet tall. The current version was constructed and maintained by Henry Sandoz. Mr. Sandoz takes care of the area in memory of his late friend, J. Riley Bembry, who helped construct the original cross.



In 1994, the VFW donated the land to the government for the Mojave Land Preserve. The preserve encompasses 1.6 million acres of the Mojave Desert in California and falls under the auspices of the National Park Service (NPS)

In 1999, the ACLU demanded the Mojave Cross be removed because its display on federal land violated the Constitution's establishment clause. The memorial received widespread support and rankled only a former NPS employee, Frank Buono.

In 2000, the NPS exchanged several letters with the ACLU in an attempt to save the memorial. The ACLU responded by threatening to go after individual park employees if the memorial was not torn down. The NPS relented and was bullied into compliance.

In December 2000, Rep. Jerry Lewis got involved and had an appropriations bill disallow the NPS from using government funds to dismantle the cross, which gave the memorial a well deserved reprieve.

In March 2001, the ACLU made good on its threats and filed their lawsuit. In December 2001, Lewis rallied again and successfully had the Mojave Cross declared a national memorial in honor of World War 1 veterans.

In 2002, U.S. District Court Judge Robert Timlin ruled in favor of the ACLU and ordered the cross removed, but he failed to set a deadline. The Justice Department slowly navigated the murky waters of the courts decision and the Congressional ruling that designated the Mojave Cross a World War 1 national memorial.

During the legal maneuvering, the Justice Department had the cross covered by a plastic tarp. Patriots and Defenders of Freedom did not stand for that and removed the covering.

Henry and Wanda Sandoz landowners in the confines of the Preserve and caretakers of the Memorial Cross donated five acres of their own property to the NPS. This donation enabled the one-acre encompassing the Mojave Cross to be returned back to the VFW.

The ACLU did not relent and argued that the land transfer was unconstitutional, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals agreed. The Bush administration appealed that decision and asserted that the land transfer was "an eminently sensible and constitutionally permissible way of resolving any establishment clause problem."

In February 2009, the Supreme Court agreed to hear the Mojave Cross case (now known as Salazar vs. Bruno). The Mojave Cross, a designated World War 1 memorial is now covered by a plywood box awaiting that decision.

The transfer of the federal land back to private ownership and in the hands of our defenders of Freedom not only enriches the government but also satisfies any "establishment clause" issues.

The devil is in the details, the ACLU does not care about civil liberties. They simply wish to target and attack sacred and traditional American symbols to further a radical agenda. They have the money, ergo the power to wield their ugly influence.

"It is bad enough to say that the veterans' memorial is unconstitutional, but it is outrageous to say that the government cannot give the monument back to the people who spilled their blood and put it there in the first place."- Kelly Shackelford, chief counsel of Liberty Legal Institute and attorney for the veterans groups.

An ACLU victory will put other veterans memorials in the cross hairs. Folks, do not allow this [Anti] American Civil Liberties Union to tear down this war memorial.

Lucia Whalen, Gates' 911 Caller Speaks Out

The below embedded video is a display of what your post-racial president reduced an American citizen to. Of all the parties involved in this ugly incident that deserves an apology and a drink it is Lucia Whalen.

Sgt. Crowley is a seasoned officer with thick skin; dealing with arrogant racial profiling professors is tame compared to what a cop may face. Granted being called out by the POTUS is not a routine result of answering 911 calls, but very well may be if the handlers do not reign in Obama. Don't forget folks, for over 20-years the POTUS sat in the pew of one of America's most popular racist, Jeremiah Wright.

Supporters of Gates have excoriated the 911 caller by wrongly accusing her of racism. The 911 transcript clearly shows how color blind she is, you can view that transcript here.

The danger of Obama's & Gates' racial profiling of Sgt. Crowley, because you see folks a white police officer must fit the description of a racist in the POTUS' & professor's viewpoint, is to create and continue apathy among otherwise decent citizens.

The treatment of Lucia Whalen, which was furthered by the POTUS, also creates and further divides race relations in America.

This alleged post-racial president impeded the forward progress of race relations in America. Way to go Barack Obama, way to go.
