I have worked the mean streets of NYC for over 20-years, including a stint in vice (it wasn't called vice then, it was known as the public morals division). My travels have taken me to that seedy side of Nevins Street where ACORN (house of ill repute?) sits. Let me tell ya, prostitutes of Giles quality does not exist.

The illustrious former governor of NY, Elliot Spitzer, paid over five grand for time spent with a comely "escort" that was not of Giles caliber. It is obvious that pure greed is the root of the ACORN tree. Greed and political expediency to that end trumps even their own street savvy.

Is your ideology trumping your good sense? Is the close affiliation to Barack Obama preventing you from seeing why this community organization should not be the recipient of public funds? When is enough, enough?

James O'Keefe and Hannah Giles are emerging as American heroes. They are doing what the "true" investigative journalists are not. They are exposing a corrupt organization that is ripping us off to the tune of millions and potentially billions of dollars.

The MSM does not have the stomach to go after Barack Obama's pet organization, which is another example of ideology trumping ethical standards. If this were a GOP front, the MSM would be all over this; like spit(zer) on a hooker's pillowcase.

ACORN like Van Jones, is it me or does Barack Obama have some cool friends, played the victim role and blamed FOX, Republicans and racism. After the Baltimore sting netted a pair of ACORNs, a top official of that outfit stated they have plans to sue O'Keefe, Giles, and the FOX network. Why FOX? Because they had the audacity to report this mess.

Baltimore City's top prosecutor even issued a threatening statement boasting of possible charges against O'Keefe and Giles. The prosecutor, Patricia Jessamy, is a Barack Obama supporter, surprise, surprise.

In the Brooklyn nuthouse, ACORN officials advised the two criminals appearing before them to squirrel away their ill-gotten proceeds. "When you buy the house with a back yard, you get a tin and bury it down in there, and you put the money right in, and you put grass over it, and you don't tell a single soul but yourself where it is"

The streetwalker and her man posing undercover, that is undercover, not under the covers people, entered the Brooklyn office with the idea of purchasing a house to operate a brothel. The brothel will house underage children to work as prostitutes. ACORN was more than willing to help establish this criminal enterprise.

What is particularly troubling is that ACORN and its friends, i.e. the POTUS and Patricia Jessamy who happens to be president of the Baltimore Child Abuse Center, claim to be for the youth, the community, and the downtrodden. Those groups are hurt the most by this corruption and complicity by the "powers that be." Where is the outrage, folks?

Democratic Representative John Conyers was called off investigating ACORN. Conyers claims, "The powers that be called [him] off." Even Barney Frank reversed his stance to deny ACORN public funds.

Perhaps, the ACORN nuts exposed by O’Keefe and Giles does not bother Barney Frank. After all, the Washington Times reported that Frank’s Capitol Hill apartment was operating a real life prostitution ring, where his gay lover was performing...let’s just say a public service.

Did I ask yet, where is the outrage?

The LA Times reported that Firas Alkhateeb, a 20-year old Chicago, Illinois University student created the now (in) famous Joker image of Barack Obama. Alkhateeb, bored during a winter recess began tinkering with the popular Photoshop software and Jokerized an image of the president's face. Alkhateeb posted the image on Flickr, a photo-sharing site.

Ironically, the White House utilizes Flickr as a hosting site for its official images, which are available for public use. Alkhateeb, used the October 23, 2006 cover of Times magazine, which featured then Senator Barack Obama, as the template for his Joker image.

An unknown visitor to Flickr modified the image by eliminating the Time magazine graphics and added the caption, "Socialism." Copies of the new version were plastered around L.A., becoming a springboard for liberal pundits to jump all over the opposition.

The LA Weekly, which depicted George Bush as Dracula on its cover in 2004, denounced the Obama-Joker image. The incensed LA Weekly writer even added, "The only thing missing is a noose." The writer further blasted Conservatives and the FOX news network.

Many on the left including those caught up in the racial divide, unsuspectingly furthered by President Obama's rhetoric, are fanning the flames. Flames stirred by race-arsonists, hyperbolic pundits and the Pelosi team.

Some are claiming that the term "Socialism" if applied to Barack Obama is now a code word for the “N-word.” Normal discourse is now degenerating into a race war. How did our capacity to reason become so easily hijacked? What happened to the hope of unity?

It was expected (falsely?) that unity might be attained if not further sustained by the nation's first black president. It is ironic if not sad that the chasm of the racial divide is deepened mainly by the Obama supporters, if not the president himself.

These allegations of racism, being hurled around quicker than a drunken fist, are not honest attempts at exposing bigotry. Instead, it is an ugly attempt to win an argument by scaring your opponent into silence. The most demonizing label outside of a pedophile is a racist. If a person wishing to maintain a public presence is successfully maligned, his or her voice will be effectively silenced.

In a MSNBC segment called the C-Note, host Carlos Watson offered, "whether or not 'socialist' is becoming the new N-word for frankly... for some angry upset birthers and others."



During a recent FOX episode, Sean Hannity and Frank Luntz hosted a town hall styled gathering. An attendee mirrored that MSNBC sentiment and stated, "words like 'un-American,' 'socialism,' that you use, Sean, I think it's really code word for it's the new N-word."



The dangerous result of such dramatic recklessness is the boy-who-cried-wolf syndrome and when actual racism rears its ugly head, we may all be blind to it...except the victim of course.

The double standard also extends to how we treat the person(s) leveling false accusations of racism. Where is the same level of consternation when the race card is illegitimately thrown around by the left and even the president? Folks, you can put lipstick on a pig, but it’s still a pig.

Firas Alkhateeb claims he was making no political statement with his artwork. Alkhateeb, born in the United States says his Palestinian family closely follows Middle Eastern politics. He opined that Barack Obama is doing a better job than Bush and admitted fear of having a perceived anti-Obama stance in Chicago.

Mr. Alkhateeb did not vote and stated Democratic Rep. Dennis Kucinich would be his choice.

It should be an interesting analysis by MSNBC and the boy-who-cried-wolf crowd regarding the racial and political component of the Obama-Joker image since the creator of it has been unmasked. If we are going to have a conversation about race, or anything for that matter, let it be an honest one.

The below embedded video is a display of what your post-racial president reduced an American citizen to. Of all the parties involved in this ugly incident that deserves an apology and a drink it is Lucia Whalen.

Sgt. Crowley is a seasoned officer with thick skin; dealing with arrogant racial profiling professors is tame compared to what a cop may face. Granted being called out by the POTUS is not a routine result of answering 911 calls, but very well may be if the handlers do not reign in Obama. Don't forget folks, for over 20-years the POTUS sat in the pew of one of America's most popular racist, Jeremiah Wright.

Supporters of Gates have excoriated the 911 caller by wrongly accusing her of racism. The 911 transcript clearly shows how color blind she is, you can view that transcript here.

The danger of Obama's & Gates' racial profiling of Sgt. Crowley, because you see folks a white police officer must fit the description of a racist in the POTUS' & professor's viewpoint, is to create and continue apathy among otherwise decent citizens.

The treatment of Lucia Whalen, which was furthered by the POTUS, also creates and further divides race relations in America.

This alleged post-racial president impeded the forward progress of race relations in America. Way to go Barack Obama, way to go.

BECAUSE THEY RAISE THE RACE ISSUE EACH AND EVERY TIME! That is why. They are the ones who want to manipulate and rip off the system BECAUSE of racial beefs, mostly imagined, most of which do not even exist. That does not mean that all beefs do not exist. Most however do not.

Turns out Gates is just another idiot (literally) and con man. An idiot because he and his partisans actually believe we cannot see through his act. He, like his partisan defenders, and his president, have provably BAD JUDGMENT based on false assumptions. This scam is just one among many.

And if you read the police reports you'll find that likely Gates PROVOKED the whole thing. In other words, he is like the rest of the racial arsonists...a seething HATER...SCAMMING the system to ENRICH themselves...to get publicity...and predeterminedly to SUE the municipality to MAKE money off YOU!...the taxpayer....for himself.

Why one might ask, are these people like this, why do they behave the way they do? I say, a huge inferiority complex is at the core of it all and the ENTITLEMENT mentality. They are entitled to the wealth of the system...and to YOUR money.

Affirmative action got him into Yale. Not competitive test scores or scholarship. He scored LOWER than the fellow/lady who got rejected.

Of course, Gates got in at the cost of keeping a legitimate and intelligent white or Oriental student out. Gates got to where he is BECAUSE of racial politics...without which he'd be a nobody. He is a phony, a phake, and a phraud!

Scores of jaded Americans berated Lucinda Whalen and claim she is a racist for calling the police, read the transcript of the 911 call and note how color blind she actually is.

The tragedy however, is that If Ms. Whalen did notice and mention the race of the men that just shouldered their way into a home she would have been a confirmed racist by Obama's standard and the rest of the race-arsonists that are rearing its ugly head.

Racial profiling did exist in this case folks, Sgt Crowley and Ms. Whalen was profiled by Gates, Obama, and the Jerimah Wrights of the world.

911 OPERATOR: 9-1-1, what is the exact location of your emergency?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: Hi, I'm actually at (inaudible) street in Cambridge, the house number is 7 Ware Street.

911 OPERATOR: OK ma'am, your cell phone cut out, what's the address again?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: Sorry, it's 7 Ware Street. That's W-A-R-E Street.

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: Well no, I'm sorry. 17. Some other woman is talking next to me but it's 17, 1-7 Ware Street.

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: Um, I don't know what's happening. I just had an older woman standing here and she had noticed two gentlemen trying to get in a house at that number, 17 Ware Street. And they kind of had to barge in and they broke the screen door and they finally got in. When I had looked, I went further, closer to the house a little bit after the gentlemen were already in the house. I noticed two suitcases. So, I'm not sure if this is two individuals who actually work there, I mean, who live there.

911 OPERATOR: You think they might have been breaking in?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: I don't know 'cause I have no idea. I just noticed.

911 OPERATOR: So you're saying you think the possibility might have been there? What do you mean by barged in? You mean they kicked the door in?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: No, they were pushing the door in. Like, umm, the screen part of the front door was kind of like cut.

911 OPERATOR: How did they open the door itself with the lock?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: They, I didn't see a key or anything 'cause I was a little bit away from the door. But I did notice that they pushed their (interrupted).

911 OPERATOR: And what do the suitcases have to do with anything?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: I don't know, I'm just saying that's what I saw.

911 OPERATOR: Do you know what apartment they broke into?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: No, they're just they first floor. I don't even think that it's an apartment. It's 17 Ware Street. It's a house, it's a yellow house. Number 17. I don't know if they live there and they just had a hard time with their key but I did notice that they kind of used their shoulder to kind of barge in and they got in. I don't know if they had a key or not because I couldn't see from my angle. But, you know, when I looked a little closely that's what I saw.

911 OPERATOR: (inaudible) guy or Hispanic?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: Umm.

911 OPERATOR: Are they still in the house?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: They're still in the house, I believe, yeah.

911 OPERATOR: Were they white, black or Hispanic?

FEMALE WITNESS CALLER: Umm, well there were two larger men, one looked kind of Hispanic but I'm not really sure. And the other one entered and I didn't see what he looked like at all. I just saw it from a distance and this older woman was worried thinking someone's breaking in someone's house, they've been barging in. And she interrupted me and that's when I had noticed otherwise I probably wouldn't have noticed it at all, to be honest with you. So, I was just calling 'cause she was a concerned neighbor, I guess.

911 OPERATOR: All right, the police are on the way, you can meet them then they get there. What's your name?

Professor Gates, Sgt Crowley and Obama the Divider

What we know according to various news reports and witness accounts are that Harvard professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. returned home from a trip to China. Gates came home to a faulty front door due to a prior break-in. This prompted him and another person to force entry by shouldering the back door.

The next turn of events is a positive one. Far too often apathy sets in and folks in communities across the nation look the other way, but thankfully not Mr. Gates' neighbor. A neighbor reported men breaking into the house, unaware that it was the professor returning home.

Sgt. James Crowley of the Cambridge Police Department responded to the 911 report of two black men with backpacks breaking into a home. Upon arrival, Crowley observed a male inside of the home. Crowley asked the male to step out onto the front porch, unaware that this male was Mr. Gates. Harvard professor Gates opened the front door and exclaimed "Why, because I'm a black man in America!?"

By all accounts, it seems that Mr. Gates took umbrage over being challenged by a uniformed officer. The sergeant asked for identification, Gates initially refused and challenged the officer. Mr. Gates also berated the officer and repeatedly called him a racist.

In the presence of the police, Gates made a phone call and accused Crowley of being a racist to a third party. Sgt. Crowley says the acoustics of the kitchen and foyer area made it difficult to make radio transmissions over the yelling of Mr. Gates. Upon obtaining an earful and identification from Mr. Gates, Crowley informed Mr. Gates that he would continue speaking to him outside of the home, at which time Harvard professor Gates sated, "ya, I'll speak to your mama outside."

As Sgt. Crowley descended the front stairs of the home to the street area, Mr. Gates followed and continued his barrage of insults and tumultuous behavior, causing a crowd to gather. Gates did not cease this behavior upon threat of arrest. Mr. Gates was subsequently arrested for disorderly conduct, which was later dropped by prosecutors.

Professor Gates charges racism. Barack Obama charges stupidity on the part of police and hints to racial profiling by saying, "that there is a long history in this country of African-Americans and Latinos being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately, and that's just a fact."

Here are some additional FACTS, perhaps Obama the divider would care to learn about; Sgt. Crowley is an expert on racial profiling and teaches a course of how not to single people out because of their ethnic background or culture.

Sgt. Crowley also demonstrated his lack of bias when he administered mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on NBA star Reggie Lewis who suffered a fatal heart attack. Remember folks, it is not mandated for cops to perform mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, that is a personal choice.

Barack Obama may have hoodwinked the nation when he ran on a platform of unity. Obama may have perpetrated a con when he claimed he was not from the same racially perverse cloth that his mentor and preacher man was.

The Jeremiah Wrights of the world claim a black person cannot be a racist because they are not in a position of power to be a racist. When you make a negative claim against another person because of his race that is a racist point of view, period.

When a white man is accused of being a racist because he arrives on a scene in a police uniform to investigate a crime and he is accused of being a racist and stupid, where is the charge of bias for the accusers?

The support for Professor Gates is divided along racial lines and common sense falls into the gap. Instead of cautioning the nation to assess by fact before judgment is levied, Barack Obama stoked the flames of resentment and played the role of a race-arsonist. Jeremiah will be proud.

Another fact that is not mentioned by Barack Obama is that Sgt. Crowley front cuffed Mr. Gates. Procedure is to rear cuff prisoners, but he considered Mr. Gates' condition (Gates walks with a cane) and made sure he was comfortable.

Barack Obama likes to quote "facts," let's take another look at a factual sequence of events that Barack Obama and the rest of us are privy to; Mr. Gates, a burglar suspect, was not stopped at gun point, not ordered onto the ground AND given the benefit of the doubt, that he was the homeowner BEFORE verifying his identification.

Folks, I don't know about you but that does not sound like racial profiling to me. Wait, maybe it was, perhaps if it was a white man Sgt. Crowley would have used sound police tactics and rear cuffed the suspect and verified later.

Perhaps, Sgt. Crowley gave Mr. Gates the benefit of the doubt because he was afraid of being called a racist. Damned if you do, damned if you don't! Perhaps, the good sergeant should have acted in a sound tactical manner and treated the man that just shouldered his way into a home as a burglary suspect.

Perhaps, Barack Obama was in fact listening to Jeremiah Wright after all.

The New Haven 20 Get Some Justice

No Justice, No Peace!

The New Haven 20 is a group of mainly white firefighters that were discriminated against because they had the audacity to hope. Their hope was not based in false promise but in merit, you see in 2003 they studied hard, made sacrifices and took a promotional exam and passed. The problem was that their black colleagues did not score high enough to be promoted and the test was thrown out.

The brave firefighters challenged the city of New Haven claiming discrimination. Barack Obama's nominee to the highest court in the land Sonya Sotomayor sided with New Haven's discriminatory action. On Monday, June 29, the Supreme Court overturned Sotomayor's ruling. The SCOTUS decision affirmed that civil rights law could also protect whites from such discrimination.

"Race-based action like the city's [New Haven, Conn.] in this case is impermissible."- Justice Anthony M. Kennedy

Sotomayor and the three judge panel of the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals opined that the white firefighters do not have equal protection under Title V11 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, they did claim sympathy for the firefighters namely one man with dyslexia that overcame serious challenges to pass the exam. Sotomayers' sympathy and $2.25 would get me a ride on a NYC bus.

That decision spurred a dissenting response by judge Jose Cabranes, ironically a Sotomayor mentor; "The opinion [Sotomayer's and the three judge panel ]contains no reference whatsoever to the constitutional claims at the core of this case, and a casual reader of the opinion could be excused for wondering whether a learning disability played at least as much a role in this case as the alleged racial discrimination, This perfunctory disposition rests uneasily with the weighty issues presented by this appeal."

The SCOTUS did take on the weighty issues and overturned Sotomayor's ruling.
While on a Judge’s panel in the early 1990‘s, Sotomayor boasted to be "the perfect affirmative action baby" and admitted that “my test scores were not comparable to my colleagues at Princeton and Yale.”

Her more famous viewpoint derived from a 2001 speech, which garnered quick attention, and an even quicker excusal from the left. The following are excerpts of that speech:

Sonya Sotomayor declared that the ethnicity and sex of a judge “may and will make a difference in our judging.” This ran counter to both Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg and retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor who opined that a wise old man and a wise old woman would reach the same conclusion when deciding cases.

Sotomayor continues, “I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn’t lived that life.”

In 2005, while addressing student law clerks Sotomayor had this to say, "court of appeals is where policy is made.” She then immediately adds, “And I know — I know this is on tape, and I should never say that because we don’t make law. I know. O.K. I know. I’m not promoting it. I’m not advocating it. I’m — you know.”

Perhaps, these facts about Sotomayor will make it more clear to the nation as to why she is so attractive to Barack Obama. Clearly, Sotomayor wears the cloak of a judicial activist. Isn't that what the people want on the SCOTUS? No? Then why vote for a man who has the power to make those appointments and demonstrated his entire life not for equal justice but socially engineered justice, be it economical or appointment.

Is Sonya Sotomayor a racist or a race hack? Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of man...or woman. But I can tell you this her track record at the minimum exposes a race activist more along the lines of Al Sharpton than Martin Luther King. Again, that's what the sheep...ahem...the people asked for.

While on the subject of fairness, yes racial equality for all usually musters up fairness in my warped mind, a quick look at the man voted as POTUS will also reveal the prevailing double standard in this nation. A white man would not be able to distance himself from the R label if he spent his adult life in a religious front like TUCC, wallowed in racist hate like pig on stink, and allowed the grand wizard of hate to baptize his children.

Barack Obama has always gravitated toward the fringe elements of society not in an effort to embrace Freedom and democracy, just the opposite, to embrace ideals from Frank the Communist, Ayers the terrorist/anarchist and Wright the racist. There is something about Sonya Sotomayer that Barack Obama likes.

Who would have thought that in America such a man with such indoctrination would rise to such power? That is supposed to be the story of a radical nation, well may be it is.
