Ladies, someone breaking in your home, just call 911!

By Andrew G. Benjamin

Ladies, students, and anti-gun people. Listen up.

CASE LAW SPECIFICALLY INDEMNIFIES THE POLICE FROM LIABILITY TO PROTECT THE CITIZEN. IN OTHER WORDS, THE POLICE DON'T HAVE TO PROTECT YOU, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT LEGALLY REQUIRED TO.

One of many examples, that YOU are the only one You can count on:

Unarmed Female 911 Caller Ignored and Killed

Stay Safe,

Andrew

WHICH WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE?

THIS?

OR THIS?

INSTRUCTIONS: As the rapist is about to slit your throat ear-to-ear with your own serrated kitchen knife, get your key ring out of your purse and threaten him with it.

OR THIS?

WHICH DO YOU THINK WILL SAVE YOUR FINE ASS?

"A fear of weapons is a sign of retarded sexual and emotional maturity." -- General Introduction to Psychoanalysis. – Sigmund Freud

REMEMBER GIRLS: IT IS YOU ALONE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LIVES. THE POLICE COME ONLY TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND WRITE THE REPORT. IT IS NOT THE GUN YOU NEED TO FEAR. IT IS WOMEN WITH GUNS WHOM THEY NEED TO FEAR. THE 90 LB WOMAN WITH A GUN WILL STOP A 220 LB. RAPIST ANIMAL! RIGHT IN HIS TRACKS. VOTE FOR THOSE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES WHO WILL ALLOW YOU THE MEANS TO SELF DEFENSE.

THE TWO DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATES WANT TO TAKE YOUR GUNS...WHILE THE CRIMINAL WILL ALWAYS HAVE GUNS AND THE MEANS TO HARM YOU!

In U.S. v. Cruikshank (1876), the Court said the right for the citizen to possess and bear arms preexisted the Constitution. In Presser v. Illinois (1886), it said gun control cannot have the effect of disarming the citizenry. In U.S. v. Miller (1939), it said that the militia consists of individuals "bearing arms supplied by themselves." And in U.S. v. Verdugo-Urquidez (1980), it said "the people" means the same thing in the Second Amendment that it means everywhere else in the Constitution.

REFERENCES from The Federalist Papers:

"[W]hereas, to preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole
body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike,
especially when young, how to use them; nor does it follow from
this, that all promiscuously must go into actual service on
every occasion. The mind that aims at a select militia must be
influenced by a truly anti-republican principle; and when we see
many men disposed to practice upon it, whenever they can prevail,
no wonder true republicans are for carefully guarding against it."

-- Federal Farmer (Antifederalist Letter, No.18, 25 January 1778)

Thomas Jefferson: "Let your gun be your constant companion on your walks... this gives exercise to the body and independence to the mind... no free man shall ever be debarred the use of guns"

Samuel Adams: "The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms."

James Madison: "... The Constitution preserves "the advantage of being armed which Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation...(where) the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms."

Thomas Paine: "...arms discourage and keep the invader in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property...Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the use of them."

John Adams: "Arms in the hands of individual citizens may be used at individual discretion...in private self defense."

Richard Henry Lee: "A militia when properly formed is in fact the people themselves...and include all men capable of bearing arms...To preserve liberty it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms..."

George Mason: "I ask Sir, what is the militia? It is the whole peopleI...to disarm the people is the best and most effective way to enslave them."

Thomas Jefferson: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character in the mind."

"Pacifism is a shifty doctrine under which a man accepts the benefits of the social group without being willing to pay; and claims a halo for his dishonesty."--Robert A. Heinlein

"A fear of weapons is a sign of retarded sexual and emotional maturity." -- General Introduction to Psychoanalysis. – Sigmund Freud

"Society has a right to erase from the roll of its members
anyone who rendered his own existence inconsistent with
theirs; to withdraw from him the protection of their laws;
and to remove from him the protection of their laws, and to
remove him from among them by exile, or even by death
if necessary." -- Thomas Jefferson 1815
