Policemen

Thanks Zeeman.

The following video, narrated by Paul Harvey, aptly describes the intricacies of what it means to be a police officer.

I miss the job, especially the work with Domestic Violence. Go Figure.

Nice video. Unfortunately, brutality does seem to be on the increase exponentially with the corruption in all our civic organizations. When the bad eggs take over, it only runs the good ones off.

I have known several good cops who quit in disgust over this (and K-town doesn't really have a huge brutality problem). But the worst part is certain liberal's tendencies to take the worst scumbags of whatever group they want to vilify, and hold them up as the STANDARD; as if every officer does this.

With this sick worldview shoved down America's throat ad nauseum, it is a wonder any decent person would want to be a cop anymore (We need more like you, sir! Bosco and Yokas, Stabler and Benson, where are you?)

And it's made politically correct politicians and police chiefs so skittish over being sued, that they tie their officer's hands behind their backs, and then the masses complain about the escalation of crime in American cities; they simply can't have it both ways!
