Senator Joseph Biden has no desire to be a vice president. In an interview with Alan Colmes in August 2007 Biden said "I am not running for vice president, I would not accept it if anyone offered it to me. The fact of the matter is I'd rather stay as chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee than be vice president."
On Meet the Press, Joe Biden is adamant about not wanting the VP slot and begs not be asked. But states he wouldn't be able to say no to the "first African-American presidential candidate about to make history in the world" Check it out:
